1/4/08 GREAT NEWS! The Federal Court Judge RENDERED Judge B's decision, granting disability benefits on E.M's disability case. This is very unusual as most cases in Federal Court are just remanded for another SSA hearing. No more hearings and E.M. gets benefits ASAP. Judge B denied benefits twice and the SSA Appeals Council did nothing. We sued SSA in Federal Court and the Federal Judge wanted to make sure that Judge B doesn't have a chance to delay benefits more!

11/15/07 Mary B. was denied at the hearing level two times prior and once again after we won a Federal Court remand for her. Today, after her fourth hearing, the ALJ granted her disability and ordered back pay all the way back to September 2001. We have stuck by her and fought this case since 2003.
